Shipping Methods
We aim to dispatch orders placed on our website/app within 2–3 business days upon confirmation. Orders are delivered within India only and are subject to product availability. If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Delivery Charges
A standard shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders that do not qualify for free shipping. Complimentary shipping is available on orders above ₹1699, subject to the terms on our website. Delivery charges and other fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping address and external factors beyond our control. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee dates and are not liable for carrier delays. Timelines may be extended during festive seasons and shopping festivals.
Order Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your shipment online. You can also track orders via your SarojiniMart account or the order tracking page.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. SarojiniMart is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Shipments require valid OTP verification at delivery. If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient absence or other reasons, follow the carrier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times; after the third failed attempt the order may be canceled and any refund processed after deducting applicable delivery charges.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
