In Case of Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the balance amount after deducting the return fee and other applicable charges will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the product. In Case of Cancellations
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a refund after deducting applicable delivery charges or other fees to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to the Cancellation Policy. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the product, subject to the terms herein.
