Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice and tags. We reserve the right to reject a return at pick-up if the product is damaged, used, washed, stained, torn, or missing brand/price tags.
Return Fee
As an initiative towards sustainable shopping and to maintain product hygiene, a standard return fee of Rs. 99/- will be charged for every returned item unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 15 business days from the date of receipt. Requests received after this period may be declined at our discretion.
Return Process
Initiate a return from the RETURNS tab on our website. After you request a return, our field executives will pick up the order within 3–5 business days. They will attempt pickup up to 3 times; after that the pickup will be canceled. The return fee applies unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned product reaches our warehouse. Refunds typically reflect within 3–4 working days after deducting any applicable return fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged in transit, notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery and initiate a return on the website. Provide strong proof (photos/videos of unpacking and an image of the invoice) so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Wear & Tear
- Fittings: Fittings may change over time due to washing, weather, and normal usage and are not considered defects.
- Fabric: Hand-woven fabrics, natural dyes, and prints may vary slightly; minor variations are not defects.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective. Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
